Terms And Conditions

1. MAKING A PURCHASE
Purchasing items is easy - just browse through our website and click on + (next to add to basket) below any items you wish to purchase. This will place them into your shopping trolley. You can check your purchases at any time by clicking the trolley symbol on the left hand side of the screen. To go to the checkout click on the trolley symbol as above and then click on the arrow. Complete all your details so that we can process your order promptly. Please make sure that your address details are correct as this is one of the main reasons parcels can become mislaid.

FOSSILS, MINERALS & CRYSTALS
Most of our fossil, mineral and crystal specimens are individual items and the images shown are the actual pieces that you can purchase. If you require more than one of an item please contact us and we will send details of other specimens that we have in stock.

2. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Goods will usually be despatched within 2 working days after the order is recieved and payment has been cleared. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE AND PACKING. Please contact us for overseas delivery charges.

3. GUARANTEE & REFUNDS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you may return them undamaged within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the value of the goods excluding any postage costs incurred.
In the event that you wish to return any item, please email us at returns@fossilcavern.co.uk within 14 days and we will contact you regarding the returns procedure.
