1.    MAKING A PURCHASE
Purchasing items is easy - just browse through our website and click on "add to basket" any items you wish to purchase.   When you have finished selecting your items click on "View Basket" which will show you all the items you wish to purchase.  Then follow the details on screen to register as a customer or create a customer account.  Complete all your details so that we can process your order promptly. Please make sure that your address details are correct as this is one of the main reasons parcels can become mislaid.

2.    SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Goods will usually be despatched within 2 working days after the order is received and payment has been cleared. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE AND PACKING. Please contact us for overseas delivery charges.

3.    GUARANTEE & REFUNDS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you may return them undamaged within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the value of the goods excluding any postage costs incurred.  In the event that you wish to return any item, please email us at returns@fossilcavern.co.uk within 14 days and we will contact you regarding the returns procedure.
